Please fill in one congress registration form per delegate and per accompanying person.
You will receive a personalised badge when collecting your registration documents. During the Congress, this badge must be clearly visible at all times and will grant you access to the Scientific Sessions and the Commercial Exhibition.

DAY TICKET REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions on that day
  • Admission to industrial exhibition on that day
  • Conference materials (congress bag, final programme, abstract publication, badge)
  • Coffee and snacks on that day
  • Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception or Closing Ceremony (only applicable for day tickets valid on day of event)
  • Certificate of attendance

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS’ REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

  • Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception
  • Admission to general areas of the Congress Centre (not to Scientific Sessions)
  • Closing Ceremony

Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt
of the completed registration form and receipt of full payment.

For information on payment, please refer to “TERMS OF PAYMENT”.

The date of the remittance order (as stamped on the slip) will be decisive for early-bird and regular registration (i.e.: for early-bird registration, the remittance has to be ordered by February 26, 2010).

As soon as the Organising Secretariat has received your payment, a letter of confirmation will be mailed. Confirmations will be e-mailed if an e-mail address is provided on the registration form. This option is highly recommended as it helps avoid time-consuming correspondence. Otherwise, confirmations will be faxed or land-mailed.

Please present your letter of confirmation at the registration desk upon arrival.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY – REGISTRATION

Refunds – less EUR 40,- administration fee – will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by MONDIAL CONGRESS & EVENTS by Friday, February 26, 2010. After this date, no refunds are available.
Amounts due will be reimbursed after the Congress.
